Privacy notice

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Ardian Law, referred to here as “we” or “us”. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you enter:

  • your name, organisation and work email address
  • whether you represent a business or an accounting firm
  • the jurisdictions you tell us about and the type of support you need
  • anything you include in your description

Please include only a brief overview. Do not send confidential documents or detailed financial information through the form. If we need them, we will agree a suitable channel with you.

The interactive assessment and calculator run in your browser. We do not collect or store what you enter into them, and it is cleared when you leave or refresh the page.

This website does not use cookies or analytics. It remembers your language choice in your own browser only. Like most websites, it loads fonts and code libraries from third-party services, which receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type when your browser requests those files.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide to:

  • respond to your enquiry and discuss the appropriate next step
  • identify the advisors with the relevant jurisdictional expertise
  • arrange and provide any services you engage us for
  • keep a record of our communications with you

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Where your enquiry requires external advice, we discuss the proposed advisors and any overseas disclosure arrangements with you before sharing your enquiry for that purpose. An enquiry does not itself appoint an advisor or establish an engagement.

Enquiry form submissions are processed and stored by our form service provider, Resend. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Where we disclose personal information outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How we protect and keep it

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint about how we have handled it, by contacting us at hello@pillartwo.org or 1 North Bridge Road, #18-06, High Street Centre, Singapore 179094. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
